I Love Fall!

We've been using the back yard so much lately.  The weather has been perfect.  That space is perfect for the boys to play, run around, and hang out.  We didn't use it that much this summer because it was so darn hot and the bugs can be bad.  But now...it's perfect!

We've had wheelbarrow races, fun with noodles, wrestling, etc.

Sebastian was thrilled with his new seat/cube that Mini made him.  As soon as we got home with it, he parked his butt on it.

Last weekend we went to visit Nana.  Sebastian got busy playing trucks at her dining room table.

They read books with Kitchen and Auntie Carol.

And did pig piles on Kitchen.  Poor guy!

We went to Autumn Fest in Bridgewater where Sebastian got to climb all over and "drive" a huge Swat team SUV vehicle.  Since he's fascinated with jeeps, Hummers, etc. lately, he was in his glory!

Sunday we went to Langwater Farm for a free hayride to the pumpkin patch.  We were the only ones on the hayride!!!  the weather was perfect.

Miss Bianca, the boys' old teacher came for a visit.  This was our best attempt at a group photo.  Maybe next time.

We are in for days and days of rain.  Will seem like a bummer after all this glorious fall weather we've been having!

No More Free Time!

This post is so far overdue it's not even funny.  That can only mean one thing: it's fall and I'm back to work and the hell-season has started!  I'm calmer about it all so far this year...

My mom made superhero costumes for the boys.  They LOVE them all.  They now have like 6 different costumes they can dress up in.  I'm trying to keep them from playing in them too much so that we can use them for Halloween...

On August 28 we took our annual pilgrimage to Davis Farmland with Michelle and family.  The boys had fun, as usual.

They had the most fun in the pretend town area...Adi loved the lawnmowers and Sebastian is fascinated with "remolques" or trailers so he was thrilled to find tractors with trailers he could pull behind him.

Sometimes, for a special treat, the boys and I visit Panera before school for breakfast.  They love bagels and chocolate chip muffin tops.

It's been a hot September...we've made do however we can!  For some reason, the boys like this baby pool!?!

Last Saturday we started soccer...they boys were thrilled to see some of their friends from their new school there.  But after a half hour, they shut down and had a tantrum and wanted to go home.  Bummer.  We'll try again this week and see how it goes.  We just wanted something that would help them run around and get their energy out.  Plus, it's a great way for them to make friends.

Last weekend their was the West Bridgewater USM fair.  We went to hear "guitar man" Phil.  While we were waiting for him to sing, Sebastian met Elsa.  He was thrilled.

Finally, some funny sayings from lately:

1.
Sebastian: mama, I wanna be with you when you're old. For never and never. (He means forever and ever).

2.
Adi: Sebastian, let me smell your jammies. Mmmm....you smell like....IRONMAN!!
Sebastian: Let me smell YOUR jammies. You smell like Adrian!!! No, like IRONMAN!
Both (with belly-laughs):YEAH!!!!!!

3.
"Gina" or "Jenna" (we aren't sure of her name!) planted a kiss on Adi at school...we asked him where and he slyly pointed to his lips. Then he made sure to tell me, "It was a juicy one!"
