Busy month because of work. But it's almost over...

Karate Tournament. Adrian got 2 first place medals and Sebastian got 2 second place medals. Next time, they'll be with the big kids...we'll see how that goes! ;-)
Had the day off yesterday (a Monday) because I worked the whole weekend at Parents' Weekend. I went for a run in gorgeous weather (a bit chilly at 32 degrees, but nice for running) and ran 5.5 miles--that's a new record for me!
