Recap of the Past Year

It just hit me.  This past year, October 2011 to December 2012, was probably the craziest (although one of the best) years ever.  And ok, it's slightly more than a year.  Minor detail.  Here's a summary:

10/02/2011 Baby Shower

10/15/11 11:30 pm:  Adrian's water broke

10/15/11-11/25/2011 BEDREST

11/19/11 Carlos has an emergency appendectomy

11/25/11 Boys born; NICU

12/29/11 Sebastian comes home

1/25/12  Adrian comes home

06/01/12 Boys start daycare; Amy back to work
08/17/12 Last day at Harvard
08/27/12 First day at Milton
September Bought a minivan
10/06/12 Move to Bridgewater
10/10/12 List condo in Watertown
Mid-November Accepted offer on Watertown condo
Mid-November Our offer on house in Easton accepted
12/28/12 Close on Condo (fingers crossed!)
01/14/13 Close on house in Easton (fingers crossed!)

So....We basically bought a car, sold a house, bought a house, had twins, 2 surgeries (a minor one for Carlos and major one for me), 2 moves, and a job change all in the course of a little more than a year.  I think if we can handle this year, we can handle anything!  But again, these were all good changes that we are incredibly grateful for.  I couldn't be happier.  Fingers crossed everything goes well with the closings on both the condo and the house in Easton!
