I both love and dread dinner time these days! The boys really need to watch us eat for modeling. Otherwise, if they don't see us eating, they only see each other, and that devolves into two 18-month-old cave men throwing food and smearing it all over their bodies. However, on nights when we need to relax, it's fun to put some hamburgers, hot dogs, or chipotle steak tips on the grill and eat in peace after they are in bed. We used the porch the other night, and, MAN, WAS IT AWESOME!!! We did realize that it's very hot in the screened-in porch--it could really use a ceiling fan--but that's yet another project to add to the ginormous list. Anyway, fan or no fan, we love this porch. Right now it's covered in pollen out there, but we'll hose everything down again in a few days and use it again.
These pictures are actually of breakfast at Brianna's. But I had to include them because Adrian LOVES coffee! He likes to stick a spoon inside Carlos's coffee cup and then put the spoon in his mouth. He only gets a drop of coffee and Carlos puts so much Splenda in his coffee he shouldn't even bother drinking it, but I'm still surprised Adrian likes it so much. Last Saturday, we got him an empty coffee cup, thinking that he just liked to play with the spoon and cup, but no! He wanted coffee in his cup!

Dinner time is always an adventure...the boys suck at using a spoon as it was intended, but they excel at using it as a percussion instrument, sling shot, or weapon.
