Square Foot Garden Salad!

I'm so excited it's silly.  I've had three salads now with lettuce and spinach from my garden.  There are 3 varieties of lettuce and 2 of spinach growing right now (plus other stuff that isn't salad-related).  I've made my own dressing and breaded goat cheese (recipe here)--delicious!!!!!

I'm not a food stylist, nor am I trying to be.  I just took this photo because I was so proud that I had grown all of this given that I've never had a garden before and I pretty much kill every plant I've ever touched.

I also just harvested tons of spinach and chard!

Yeah for my garden!!
